Endurance

4 km run

Squat:

Back squat: 75 kg (6 reps) – 90 (1 rep) – 75 kg (6 reps) – 90 kg (1 rep) – 75 kg (6 reps) – 90 kg (1 rep)

Lufting

  • A light snatch complex up to 52 kg
  • Some split jerks up to 70 kg

Biking

2 x 10 km
