4th AUG 2015: Gymnastics – back training with a coach

I started training with my gymnastics coach, Jonas, again. I thought my level had dropped A LOT – but it went quite well. I’ll train with him + Cilie 1 x per week. Best decision I’ve made in a long time.

Gymnastics (1 hour)

Warm up + mobility

Then

4 x

  • 4 ring dips with turn-out start + end of each repetition
  • 3 back activated C2B chin-ups

4 x

  • 5 wide suping ring rows
  • 5 pseudo push-ups (hollow back)

3 x

  • 5 + 5 + 5 T2B variations
  • 30 reps hollow rock

3 x

  • 5 sec handstand hold to hanstand walk to piroette

Lifting

In Nanos (again).

  • Front squat: 70 kg (3 reps) – 75 kg (3 reps) – 80 kg (1 rep x 2) – 75 kg (1 rep x 3)

Complex – 7 sets @ 45 kg:

  • 1 power snatch
  • 1 hang power snatch
  • 1 hang squat snatch
  • 1 snatch balance

Endurance

Søren had to do a rowing test, and Allan and I joined.

Total distance: 7 km

Biking

25 km
