Training @ CrossFit Gentofte today. Sweet cardio session.

WOD

40 min AMRAP:

  • 800 m run
  • 1000 m row

Result: 5 rounds 💦

I – surprisingly – really enjoyed this long cardio WOD today.

Gymnastics

  • Strict pull-ups: 4 x 5 reps (wide grip)

Then

3 x

  • 5 banded push-ups
  • 5 shoulder press @ 2 x 12,5 kg DBs

Then

  • Ring dips: 15 x 1,5 gymnastics dips (5 sec deep bottom hold)

That’s it! From tomorrow, our team at CrossFit Hellerup is giving Competitor’s Training a shot.
