Track session

Running

  • 3 x 300 m run
  • 6 x 200 m run
  • 9 x 100 m run

Lifting

Deadlift: 65 kg (10 reps) – 85 kg (5 reps) – 90 kg (3 reps) – 85 kg (5 reps) – 65 kg (10 reps)

Will go heavier next time.

Odd object fun

3 rounds (not for time)

  • 40 m yoke carry @ 100 kg
  • 2 x 15 sec bent arm pegboard hold @ 10 kg weight vest

WOD (‘100 rep challenge’)

For time:

  • 100 power cleans @ 40 kg

Result: 8:19 min (Søren: 8:18 min 😁)
