4th SEPT 2015: 50 strict HSPUs, WOD (SDHP/burpees), lifting + misc

Training at CrossFit Hellerup today with a great crew: Sidsel, Lars, Philip & Allan. We’re almost done with our first week on CompTrain. It’s challenging, fun and tough.  It motivates me a lot training with and competing in a friendly way against our entire team. I’m sure that we’ll be in a crazy shape, when Open 2016 starts.

Snatch wave

1 rep each minute:

  • 1st min: 35 kg
  • 2nd min: 40 kg
  • 3rd min: 45 kg
  • 4th min: 50 kg
  • 5th min: 53 kg
  • 6th min: 45 kg
  • 7th min: 50 kg
  • 8th min: 55 kg
  • 9th min: 57 kg
  • 10th min: 60 kg

Clean & jerk complex

  • 1 power clean + 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk x 5 sets @ 50 kg

Squat

  • EMOTM x 10 min: 1 back squat @ 80 kg

50 rep challenge

For time:

  • 50 strict HSPUs: 7:43 min

WOD

10 min AMRAP:

  • 10 SDHP @ 35 kg
  • 10 lateral over the bar burpees

Cool down

NOT for time:

  • 1000 m row
  • 50 GHD sit-ups
  • 750 m row
  • 35 GHD sit-ups
  • 500 m row
  • 20 GHD sit-ups

That’s it! 105 reps GHD sit-ups is A LOT……

Training again tomorrow morning 😂
