5th SEPT 2015: 3 x crazy WODs incl 6 km run (CompTrain week 1)

Training at CrossFit Gentofte today with Lars, Rikke and Allan. Crazy cardio day. And I’m so SUPER TIRED now.

1st week on CompTrain is DONE. I’m sore, exhaused – yet intrigued!

Warm-up

  • Strict ring MUs: 1-1-1 reps

3 x

  • 5 false grip ring pull-ups 
  • 10 ring dips

1. Conditioning

5 Rounds:

  • 15 Thrusters 30 kg
  • 5 strict C2B chin-ups (instead of 1 legless rope climb, no rope)
  • 400m Run

Result: 16:29 min

– 15 min break –

2. Conditioning

5 Rounds:

  • 6 Thrusters 42 kg
  • 3 strict MU progressions (instead of 6 MUs, too tired at this point)
  • 400m Run

Result: 17:56 min

– 15 min break – 

3. Conditioning

5 Rounds:

  • 1 Thruster 60 kg (supposed to be 65 kg)
  • 15 C2B pull-ups
  • 400m Run

Result: 17:57 min (in the rain ☔️)

Tough session today – but challenging and fun!

Skills
