Off day on CompTrain today, but I need to get stronger again and work on my weaknesses (gymnastics skills).

Warm-up

4 x

  • 7 T2B
  • 7 box jumps 20”
  • 7 wallballs
  • 7 kipping HSPUs (narrow)
  • 7 squat jerks @ 20 kg

Lifting

  • 1 snatch balance + 1 OHS: 60-60-62-62-60-60 kg
  • Back squat: 7 x 3 reps @ 75 kg
  • Clean pulls from low hang: 7 x 3 reps @ 75 kg

Finisher

5 x

  • 7 T2B
  • 10 m handstand walk

That’s it. Ready for next week’s challenges!
