17th SEPT 2015: BB day + a quick swim in the ocean

Pic: Sled pulls in my new Nano5s. I love them ⭐️ 

More pain in my leg today, unfortunately. Training with Pia & Søren @ CrossFit Hellerup. Thursdays = lifting/weaknesses day.

Lifting

  • Pause back squats (tempo: 3/1/3 sec): 10 x 3 reps @ 63 kg + 1 x 3 reps @ 65 kg
  • Shoulder press: 7 x 3 reps @ 33-35 kg

Pulling

6 x

  • 10 m seated sled pull @ + 25 kg
  • 20 face pulls (red band)

Rows

4 x

  • 12 bent over BB rows @ 40 kg
  • 12 reps 1-arm DB rows @ 25 kg (12 reps each hand)

Gymnastics

6 x (EMOTM):

  • 4 strict pull-ups
  • 4 rack dips
  • 10 alt pistols

Done – and then a wuick swim in the water in Hellerup with Søren. I’m hoping the salty ocean water will help my leg to heal faster 😁🏊🏼
