That leg…. Life’s much better on antibiotics though. Training with Søren at 8AM @ CrossFit Gentofte. Then I went to cheer on my friends on Team Expendables and friends (team CrossFit challenge) @ CrossFit Trykkeriet.

Track session

For a total time:

  • 7 x 300m with 45 sec rest
  • 3 min rest
  • 7 x 300m with 45 se rest

Result: 29:42 min

Conditioning

27-21-15-9 reps of:

  • C2B Pull ups
  • Thrusters @ 30 kg

Result: 11:22 min

Midline Accessory Work

  • Accumulate 2 minutes of L-Sit (paralettes)
  • 100 Hip Extensions

Broken up into 5 x 20 reps + 20 sec.
