Training with Allan @ CF Hellerup. Tired from yesterday – but we ended up having another great training session. I like odd object days (Tuesdays).

20 Rep Benchmark

20 Rep Max Thruster (no “thrust-a-jerks” allowed) @ 35 kg

Odd Object Conditioning

50′ OH Yoke Carry for max weight @ 50 kg (easy) x 3 sets

Lower Body Pull

6 minute Sled Drag, bodyweight (heels must stay down) @ 65 kg

Conditioning
AMRAP 12 min:

  • 10 Jerks @ 43 kg
  • 10 T2B
  • 30 Double unders

Result: 6 rounds + 1 rep

Pusk jerks all the way UB. T2B in 2 sets. Tough WOD.

Track session

1. 5×4 Broad Jumps (feet together) @ 9:40-10-9:45-9:80-10 m

2. Sprints

  • 7x60m sprints
  • 4x100m
  • 2x150m
