24th SEPT: Lifting, rowing, skills + snatch WOD

Rest day yesterday + an easy session today with Cindie & Polle @ CrossFit Hellerup. The infection in my right leg turns out to have been wrongly treated and wouldn’t heal, so I’m now on new medication (to treat staphylococcus / in Danish: stafylokokker). 

Lifting

  • Front squats: 5 x 3 reps @ 65 kg
  • Front rack barbell box step-ups: 3 x 16 alternating steps on 20” box @ 25 kg

Skills

4 x (not for time):

  • Handstand walk: 4 x 10 m square
  • 1 ring MU to 4 dips

Tough

Rowing

  • 5 min all out rowing
  • 5 min break
  • 3 min all out rowing
  • 3 min break
  • 1 min all out rowing

Workout

For time:

  • 30 snatches @ 45 kg

Result: 4:42 min

Biking

30 km
