Training @ CF Gentofte today with a great local crew. 

Warm-up

  • Pull-ups: 10 reps
  • Ring dips: 10 reps

Workout

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps:

  • Front squats @ 60 kg
  • Bench press @ 45 kg
  • Deadlift @ 80 kg

Time: 42:02

Took it nice and easy. Goal was to finish. Front squats were tough at the end. The plan is to to this workout each week and hopefully improve (time + kilos on the bar).
