Training with the famous #MikVictus crew in Ajman today.

Lifting

  • 5RM hang squat snatch: 35-40-45-50-52-55 kg
  • Every 90 sec for 20 min: 3 hang power cleans + 3 push jerks, climbing: from 45-60 kg

Gymnastics

  • EMOTM x 15 min: 2 strict C2B chin-ups

WOD

Every 6th min x 4 rounds:

  • 400 m run
  • 15 C&J @ 43 kg

Cash out (at 26th min): 100 burpee box jumps 20” (result: 8 min)
