7th + 8th OCT 2015: Gymnastics @ CrossFit Goldbox, Dubai

Cilie and I had 2 x gymnastics sessions with Bo Babenko @ CrossFit Gold Box. Great sessions. My other training was short – it’s deload week on CompTrain, and I’m enjoying my vacation ☀️🌴

7th OCT

1 hour gymnastics 

3 rounds:

  • 5 negative deficit HSPUs (kip up, narrow)
  • 5 ring dips
  • 10 pull-ups 

For completion (in large sets):

  • 25 shoulder press @ 30 kg
  • 25 back squats @ 60 kg
  • 25 power cleans @ 50 kg

3 rounds:

  • 30 cal row
  • 20 GHD sit-ups

8th OCT

1 hour gymnastics 

4 x

  • 10 good mornings @ 25 kg
  • 12 alt 1-legged RDL with 12 kg KB

Then we went to chill at the pool for the rest of the day 🌴☀️💦🏊🏼 Off to Fit Republic and Friday brunch tomorrow with all the Danes in Dubai.
