Lifting

On the 2 minute x 10

  • 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + 1 OHS @ 45 kg
  • 3×2 Pausing (knees) Snatch Grip Deadlifts @ 60 kg
  • 3×2 Snatch Grip Push Press from behind the neck @ 55 kg
  • 5 x 3 FSQ @ 60 kg

WOD

  • 50′ OH Walking Lunge @ 45 kg
  • 25 Pull ups 
  • 50′ Front Rack Walking Lunge @ 45 kg
  • 20 pull-ups
  • 50′ Back Rack Walking Lunge @ 45 kg
  • 15 pull-ups

Result: 10:10 kg

Gymnastics

15 min practise:

  • Free Standing Handstands
  • Free Standing HSPU
  • HS Walking
