9AM Saturday session with Søren, Pia, Claus, Lars & Allan.

WOD 1

Teams of 3 (Lars, Søren + me)

2 Rounds:

  • 9 x 200 Meter Run
  • 9 x 300 Meter Row

Athletes alternate through in order, performing 3 intervals at each station before moving on.

Result: 32:58 min

WOD 2

5 RFT:

  • 15 HSPUs
  • 75 Double Unders

Rusult: 11:21 min

WOD 3

AMRAP 10:

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 T2B

Result: 6 rounds + 13 reps

Strength

Shoulders + strict pull-ups
