24th OCT 2015: BB conditioning, WOD + 4 x Tabata

Morning session with Lars @ CrossFit Gentofte. Sore and tired from long Thursday and Friday sessions. Fine session though. A little behind on this week’s training, so no rest day tomorrow.

Barbell conditioning

For time:

  • 18 Power Cleans @ 45 kg
  • 15 Jerks @ 45 kg
  • 12 Front Squats @ 45 kg

Result: 4:58 min

WOD

21-15-9 reps:

  • OHS @ 35 kg
  • Push-ups 

Result: 6:something min

 4 x Tabata

Tabata: 8 rounds of :20 of work, followed by :10 or rest of:

  • C2B Pull-Ups
  • Push-ups
  • Box Jumps 20”
  • Wall balls 14 lbs

Complete all 8 rounds before moving to the next movement. No extra rest between movements. Score is total reps.

Score: 218 reps
