Haven’t blogged for a while. I’ve been quite unfortunate lately. Hurting my leg badly on high box jumps took 8 weeks to heal, then I hurt it again (on … box jumps). Then, I fractured my elbow 1 week ago while I was running (a bike drove into me). Hoping the rest of the year will be a little more smooth.

Training at CFC Gentofte with Søren, Mai & Lars today. Great session. Super sore from yesterday’s training + pump with Lars.

Endurance

5 x 1600 m run

Rest 1:1

1,4 km cool down

WOD

4 min AMRAP:

  • 5 hang squat snatch @ 35 kg
  • 10 over the bar burpees

(2 rounds + 13 reps)

2 min rest

4 min AMRAP:

  • 10 power cleans @ 35 kg
  • 20 pull-ups

(2 rounds)

2 min rest

4 min AMRAP:

  • 15 box jump overs 20”
  • 30 wallballs 14 lbs

(1 round + 35 reps)
