Training af CF Hellerup with Lars, Søren, Tomeu & Polle.

Lifting

On day 2 of my squat every day rehab protocol

  • Back squats (4 reps): 55-60-60-60-62-62-62 kg

WOD

4 RFT:

  • 7 C&J @ 45 kg
  • 14 T2R
  • 21 box jumps 20”

Result: 13:22 min

Rowning

10 x

  • 1 min on (for meters)
  • 1 min off

Biking

15 kg
