2nd DEC 2015: Squats + EMOTM x 12 min

On day # 3 of my rehab program. More squats + 2 skills re-introduced today: kipping handstand push-ups and double-unders. DUs were easy, HSPUs harder.

Training with Allan, Søren, Tomeu & Polle @ CF Hellerup.

Squat

Front squat (3 reps): 35-45-55-60 kg

Not super heavy

WOD

4 rounds (for a duration of 12 min):

  • 1st min: 7 front squats @ 45 kg
  • 70 DUs
  • 7 kipping HSPUs

Rehab

3 x

  • 15 bent over rows
  • 15 good mornings
  • 15 single-leg hip thrusts
  • 15 power band pull-backs

Biking

17 km
