Strength

  • Back squat (1 rep): 85-85-90-85-85 kg
  • Deadlift: 5 x 10 reps @ 70 kg

WOD

’12 days of Christmas’ 
12 rounds for time:

  • 1 squat snatch @ 45 kg
  • 2 box jumps 24”
  • 3 push jerks @ 45 kg
  • 4 T2B
  • 5 hang power cleans @ 45 kg
  • 6 HR push-ups
  • 7 deadlifts @ 45 kg
  • 8 burpees
  • 9 KB swings 16 kg
  • 10 walking lunges
  • 11 wallballs @ 20 lbs
  • 12 cal assault bike

Result: 31:10 min as a team WOD (2 x) with sweet Louise Hedelund.
