Training at CF Hellerup with Louise & Lars followed by a dip in the ocean with Sissi & Louise. Actually several dips. I love cold water šŸ’™

Squats

Back squat: 65 kg (2 reps) – 75 kg (2 reps) – 80 kg (2 reps) – 83 kg (2 reps) – 85 kg (3 reps) – 90 kg (1 rep)

3 reps @ 85 kg is a new 2RM and 3RM after the infection in my leg.

BB

  • Bench press (narrow grip): 4 x 10 reps @ 40 kg
  • RDL: 4 x 10 reps @ 45 kg
  • French press: 4 x 10 reps @ 10-20 kg
  • Hammer curls/normal curls: 4 x 20 reps @ 2 x 8 kg 

Core

3 x

  • 15 GHD sit-ups
  • 15 side bends @ 24 kg KB (right)
  • 15 side bends @ 24 kg KB (left)

Finisher

6 x dips in the ocean šŸŠšŸ¼
