New fresh year. I love it. Excited to see what 2016 will bring. My goals are: to lift weights, to have fun, and to train gymnastics each training session.

Training at Kurhotel Skodsborg today with Lasse.

Lifting

Front squat: 50 kg (3 reps) – 60 kg (3 reps) – 65 kg (3 reps) – 70 kg (2 reps) – 75 kg (1 rep)

3 sec bottom pause front squats (3 reps): 50-50-55-55-60 kg

Shoulder press: 5 x 5 reps @ 32,5 kg

BW training

  • Pistols: 5 x 10 reps
  • Strict pull-ups: 5 x 10 reps
  • Ring dips: 5 x 6 reps

Core

  • Russian twists @ 12 kg: 3 x 20 reps
  • Medball sit-ups: 30 reps
