  • Odd: 1 strict pull-up, 5 push-ups, 10 air squats
  • Even: 12 cal row

At 20:00:

5 min to find 2 rep thruster: 45-50 kg

At 25:00:

  • 15 MU progressions
  • 30 DL @ 65 kg
  • 80 wallballs
