  • Back squat: up to 1 rep @ 91 kg
  • Overhead squat: 1 rep up to 65 kg
  • Overhead squat: 2 x 3 reps @ 55 kg

WOD 1

For time:

  • 3-2-1 reps squat clean @ 55 kg
  • 9-6-3 reps box jumps 30”

Result: 3:22 min

  • 100 cal row
  • 100 over the box jumps 20”
  • 100 thrusters @ 29 kg
  • 100 T2B/push-ups
