Another fun training session with Team Expendables. I was super sore from yesterday’s pump blast.

Strength

  • Bench press (5 reps): 45-47-50-52-50 kg
  • DB shoulder press: 3 x 12 reps @ 2 x 10 kg DBs
  • Hip thrusts: 2 x 20 reps @ 35 kg
  • RDL (8 reps): 45-50-45 kg
  • DB pull-overs: 3 x 12 reps @ 12,5 kg DB
  • EZ curls: 2 x 15 reps @ 15 kg + 1 x 31 reps @ empty bar
  • Ring front bridge (hollow back + ring turn-out): 2 x 30 sec
  • Back squats: 60 kg (8 reps) – 70 kg (6 reps) – 80 kg (4 reps)
