 Endnu en perfekt 7 timers skidag i solen. Da jeg kom hjem lavede jeg en hurtig 15 minutters WOD på vores terasse.

Workout

5 runder på tid:

  • 30 air squats
  • 20 push-ups
  • 10 sit-ups (anchored)

Tid: 14 min
