Retur i DK efter en superb skiferie.

Styrke

  • Back squat: 8 x 3 reps @ 75 kg

4 runder:

  • 15 kipping HSPUs
  • 5 strict pull-ups
  • 10 bench press @ 40 kg (narrow grip)

3 runder:

  • 10 rack dips
  • 10 ring rows
  • 10 bent over rows @ 2 x 12,5 kg DBs
  • 10 Arnols press @ 2 x 8 kg

– BREAK –

Fastelavns WOD @ CFC Fabrikken.

8 runder (you go, I go style) på hold med Louise Hedelund:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 push press @ 30 kg
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 power cleans
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 10 thrusters
  • 10 alt lunges (hvert ben)
  • 10 front squats
  • 10 KB swings @ 24 kg
  • 10 power snatch

Resultat: 34 min
