 Retur fra skiferie nr 2 i Sverige. Rushede direkte til træning søndag aften, da vi kom hjem.

Styrke

  • Back squat: 4 x 6 reps @ 60 kg
  • Bench press: 5 x 5 reps @ 50 kg
  • Dødløft: 5 x 6 reps @ 80 kg

Let session for at komme igang igen.

Accessory

  • 3 x 10 C2B chin-ups
  • 3 x 8 1-legged split squats @ 15 kg
  • 3 x 1 min farmer walk @ 2 x 12 kg
  • 3 x 30 sec jumping squats
  • 3 x 12 roll-outs
