For time:

  • 1000 m roning
  • 21 bench press @ 50 kg
  • 750 m roning 
  • 15 bench press
  • 500 m roning
  • 9 bench press

Workout

5 runder:

  • 15 cal assault bike
  • 15 burpees
  • 15 wallballs
  • 15 V-ups

Score: 22 min

Finisher

3 runder:

  • 10 sandbag throws over shoulder @ 20 kg
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 cal assault bike

Score: 9 min
