Workout

A) 4 min AMRAP:

  • 30 over the bar purpees
  • Max reps snatch @ 25 kg

Resultat: 35 reps

– 4 min pause –

B) 4 min AMRAP:

  • 20 over the bar purpees
  • Max reps snatch @ 35 kg

Resultat: 21 reps

– 4 min pause –

C) 4 min AMRAP:

  • 10 over the bar purpees
  • Max reps snatch @ 45 kg

Resultat: 7 reps

Touch and go power snatch

  • 5 reps @ 35 kg
  • 4 reps @ 40 kg
  • 3 reps @ 45 kg
  • 2 reps @ 50 kg

Squat

Back squat: 5 x 3 reps @65-75 kg
