Styrke

Touch and go power/squat snatch:

  • 5 reps @ 40 kg
  • 2 x 3 reps @ 45 kg
  • 3 x 2 reps @ 47-50 kg

WOD

På tid:

3 runder:

  • 10 C2B
  • 10 FSQ @ 45 kg
  • 10 burpees

Dernæst

21-15-9 reps:

  • KB swings @ 16 kg
  • Burpees
