Team WOD med Rikke og Polle (yo go, I go style)
25 min AMRAP (time cap):

  • 100 cal roning
  • 50 C&J @ 43 kg
  • 100 cal roning
  • 50 C&J @ 47 kg
  • 100 cal roning
  • 50 C&J @ 61 kg
  • 100 cal roning
  • 50 C&J @ 65 kg

Resultat: 50 reps @ 47 kg + 61 cal roning

Gymnastik

3 runder (not for time):

  • HSW
  • 20 alternating pistols

…. Og så nød vi resten af deload dagen og smuttede på Joe & The Juice og hyggede hele banden.
