Endnu en fin træning i CrossFit Hellerup med Team Expendables. Jeg arbejder meget for tiden, så det er lige med at få det hele til at hænge sammen.

Styrke

  • 3 pos snatch (hip, knees, floor): power snatch up to 45 kg
  • EMOTM x 6 min: 2 power cleans + 2 push jerks @ 50 kg
  • 1 squat clean + 3 FSQ @ 50-55 kg

WOD

5 runder på tid:

  • 4 deficit HSPUs (4”)
  • 6 alt DB power snatch @ 17,5 kg
  • 8 x 10 m shuttle run

Score: 10:00 min

Roning

9 runder:

  • 1:40 min roning
  • 0:20 sec pause

Score: 400 m +/- hver omgang

Fede intervaller – men vandvittigt hårdt.

Cykling

30 km
