Hurtig formiddagstræning mens min søn + mand var i svømmehallen.

Gymnastik

  • Strict ring muscle-ups: 15 reps
  • Strict C2B pull-ups: 10 reps
  • Strict ring pull-ups (false grip): 10 reps

WOD

‘Twisted Linda’

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps:

  • Bænkpres @ 50 kg
  • Back squat @ 60 kg
  • DL @ 70 kg

Score: 15 min

Hård men lækker WOD. Intet bælte, ingen wrist wraps.

Finisher

3 runder:

  • 100 m farmer walk @ 2 x 15 kg DBs
  • 100 m walking lunges
  • 10 push-ups

– uden pause direkte videre til –

5 runder:

  • 10 sumo deadlift high-pull @ 16 kg KB
  • 10 wallballs @ 6 kg

Lækkert shoulder + traps burn.
