29. juni 2016: Barbell conditioning, ‘death by T2B’ + bænk og squats

Laaaang dag på jobbet med forhandlinger og tungen lige i munden fra morgenstunden. Jeg nåede dog en hurtig træning i CrossFit Hellerup med Søren, Allan og frk Hedelund, inden jeg skulle hente Carl i børnehave.

1. Barbell Conditioning

With a running clock…

A. At the 0:00

EMOTMx6: 3 Squat Snatches at 70% = 50 kg

B. At the 10:00

EMOTMx6: 3 Squat Clean and Jerks at 70% = 60 kg

C. At the 20:00

  • Death by T2B

Score: 15 runder (120 reps totalt)

Jeg har ikke lavet kipping T2B længe, men det gik super fint.

2. Strength

  • 5×10 reps Back Squats @ 60 kg
  • 5×10 reps Bench Press @ 50 kg

3. Core

Så ville Allan lave mavebøjninger (5 varianter), og vi endte med at lave 300 reps 😱
