Først 1 times gymnastik med coach Jonas og Cilie og dernæst følgende CrossFit session…

Vægtløftning

EMOTM x 8 min:

  • 2 C&J @ 65 kg

– 4 min pause –

EMOTM x 8 min:

  • 2 squat snatch @ 50 kg

Workout

3 runder på tid:

  • 500 m roning
  • 9 power snatch @ 38 kg

Core

3 x

  • 15 GHD sit-ups
  • 15 GHD back ext

Gymnastics

  • Deficit kipping handstand push-ups (25 kg + 20 kg på hver side): 3 x 10 reps
