Jeg har ikke trænet siden i mandags, og det er virkelig sjældent, at jeg har 3 hviledage i træk. Godt for ryggen dog.

Vægtløftning

EMOTM x 8 min:

  • 1 squat snatch @ 60 kg

– 4 min pause –

EMOTM x 8 min:

  • 1 squat clean + 1 split jerk @ 70 kg

Gymnastik

6-5-4-3-2-1 reps:

  • Strict pull-ups
  • Ring dips

Squats

  • Back squat: 10 x 2 reps @ 90+ kg

Workout

13 min AMRAP:

  • 13 toes to bar
  • 13 kettlebell swings @ 24 kg
  • 13 hand release push-ups

Score: 8 runder + 6 toes to bar

That’s it. Dejligt at træne igen.
