Squats

  • Front squats: 3 x 8 reps @ 60 kg

Styrke

1-2-3-4-5-10 reps:

  • Strict pull-ups +2 kg
  • Strict ring dips +2 kg

Midline

5 runder:

  • 20 Russian twists @ 12 kg KB
  • 16 back ext

That’s it. Lækker træning i godt selskab.
