Hurtig gym session på 60 min. Jeg sov dårligt i nat, så det blev ikke til meget.

  • Upper body back shoulder blast: 3 x 40 reps
  • Back squats: 5 x 5 reps @ 70 kg 
  • Shoulder press: 5 x 3 reps @ 40 kg

– Dernæst –

5 runder:

  • 10 ring rows
  • 10 laterals @ 2 x 5 kg
  • 10 hammer curls @ 2 x 10 kg
  • 10 DB bench press @ 2 x 15 kg
  • 10 ring push-ups

 …. og så svømmede jeg 400 m i Øresund
