Workout

Qualifier WOD 2 til Celtics Games.

With a running clock…

  • 0-1 min: Max reps C2B (15)
  • 1-4 min: 1RM clean (80-85-90-92 kg PR, nemt)
  • 4-5 min: pause
  • Fra 5 min: 20-15-10-5 reps: front rack lunges @ 30 kg + over til bar burpees (5:48 min)

Front squats

1 rep front squat: 100-100-102-105-107 kg PR

Workout

For time:

  • 10-8-6-4-2 reps squat clean @ 55 kg
  • 100-80-60-40-20 reps double-unders

Score: 8:12 min

Strongman workout

3 rounds for time:

  • 10 reps sandbag over shoulder @ 40+ kg
  • 10 reps fat bar overhead squats @ 43 kg
