Disse kom med posten i dag. Glæder mig til at prøve dem. Den stod på morgentræning med Mike CD i dag i Posthuset.

Vægtløftning

EMOTM x 14 min:

  • 1 squat clean + 1 front squat @ 75 kg
  • 2 split jerks fra rack @ 75 kg

Workout

AMRAP 9 min:

  • 9 kettlebell swings @ 16 kg
  • 9 burpees
  • 9 kettlebell swings @ 16 kg
  • 9 box jumps 20”

Score: 6 runder

Fint tempo hele vejen. Hårdt.
