God træningssession med Søren i Fabrikken.

Squats

Front squats: 8 x 3 reps @ 90 kg

Gik faktisk ok nemt.

Cleans

Power cleans: 5 x 3 reps @ 65 kg 

Nemt.

Workout

21-15-9 reps:

  • Overhead squats @ 52 kg
  • Handstand push-ups 
  • 400 m løb mellem hver runde med 20 lbs medball

Score: 17 min

Workout

4 runder:

  • 15 cal skierg
  • 15 meter overhead walking lunges @ 2 x 16 kg KBs
  • 5 D-ball over shoulder @ 40 kg

Score: 20 min

De 2 WODs var hårde og tunge, og jeg var presset.

…. Så var der fest i Fabrikken, og vi startede med en hurtig teamWOD (2 pers) …

Workout

42-30-18 reps:

  • Front squats @ 40 kg
  • Push-ups
  • Partner medball sit-ups
  • 400 m løb med 6 kg medball mellem hver runde
