Power cleans

  • Power cleans (3 reps): 67-67-67-67-70 kg
  • Power cleans (5 reps): 75 kg PR (video)

Workout

12 min AMRAP:

  • 15 cal roning
  • 12 burpee box jumps 20”
  • 9 C&J @ 43 kg

Score: 4 runder minus 2 reps

Hårdt på den all-out lækre måde. Romaskinen var lidt for langsom til at starte hver gang. Jeg overlevede dog 🙃

Squats

Front squats: 7 x 3 reps @ 90 kg (pause: 1 min mellem sæt)

Nemt.

BB

1 times skulder/lats med Peter Lagermand, som jeg begynder at træne fast hos nu.

Hårdt.

Strongman finisher

  • 15 m yoke carry @ 140 kg (+ KBs i power bands)
  • 12 meter prowler push @ 120 kg
