Styrke

  • Back squats: op til 3 x 5 reps på 100 kg
  • Dødløft: op til 5ere på 105-110-115 kg
  • Assistance: Bulgarian split squats, leg curls og leg press

Workout

21-15-9 reps:

  • Front squats @ 40 kg
  • Dips

Front squats unbroken. Dips – alle runder i 3 sæt. Av!

Løb

  • 4 x 400 m løb
