Jeg trænede 2 lange + 1 kort pas – inkl BB – i går men husker kun at jeg nåede 2 life time goals i samme træning:

  • 5 reps front squats @ 100 kg

  • 1 rep front squat @ 110 kg

Jeg ELSKER at træne i varmen 👌🏻🏋🏻
