Back on track efter 2 dage med semi-deload. Det gik forresten godt til kval til German Throwdown 👌🏻 Herligt træningsgensyn med Søren i dag.

Workout

3 runder på tid:

  • 21 cal row
  • 15 over the bar burpees
  • 9 squat snatch @ 45 kg

Score: 11:26 min

Vægtløftning

  • 5 x 3 reps hang squat snatch @ 50 kg (65%)

Back squats:

  • 5 reps @ 102 kg
  • 1 rep @ 110 kg
  • 5 reps @ 102 kg
  • 1 rep @ 114 kg
  • 5 reps @ 102 kg
  • 1 rep @ 120 kg

Overhead squats (3 reps): 45-65-75-80 kg
