Træning i Fabrikken med Mads, Louise & Kira. Vild cardiosession.

Workout

4 x 4 min AMRAPs med snatch og burpees i variationer.

Roning

4 x 750 m roning

Core

  • 2 min L-sit hold
  • 4 x 15 GHD back ext +10 kg
  • 50 GHD sit-ups

:::Eftermiddagssession:::

Træninger i VB gym med Camilla, Rebekah og Big Kris.

Warm-up

  • 30 strict pull-ups
  • 100 hamstring curls

Workout

Leg day med bla 8RM back squat @ 120 kg og 8RM front squat @ 90 kg. Begge dele ny PRs.

Finisher

10 x 8 reps RDL @ 60 kg
