Super hyggelig træning med Søren, Kasper & Allan i Fabrikken.

Vægtløftning

Hang squat clean (3 reps): 66-66-72-82-87 kg PR (med 2 kg) – og så lavede jeg 1 rep på 95 kg PR (med 5 kg)

95 kg var nemt. Jeg prøvede også 100 kg, men turde ikke.

Squats

Front squats:

  • 3 reps @ 96 kg
  • 1 rep @ 105 kg
  • 3 reps @ 100 kg
  • 1 rep @ 110 kg
  • 3 reps @ 100 kg
  • 1 rep @ 115 kg

  • 50 T2B
  • 50 wallballs @ 6 kg
  • 25 T2B

Score: 11:39 min (mener jeg)
