WOD

10 runder på tid:

  • 7 sumo deadlift high-pulls @ 30 kg
  • 7 front squats @ 30 kg
  • 7 push jerks @ 30 kg

Score: 7:17 min

Lækker WOD lige efter mit hjerte.

Snatch

  • Squat snatch (4 reps): 48-52-56-60-60 kg
  • Snatch pulls: 4 x 3 reps @ 75 kg

Squat

Back squat (4 reps): 90-100-110-115-115 kg

On the go…

  • 20 km på cyklen
  • 10 km gang
